Anyone got any inspiration for a piece of salmon ive got for tea tomorrow...Im having it with cold salad and new pots,just want to do something diffirent.
Hi Steff, you can steam it with ginger, spring onions and soy sauce, add some chinese green veg, green beans or sugar snap peas. Or wrap in foil with similar ingredients and bake in the oven

Quick tip - when you buy a chunk of ginger, peel and cut into slices, put on a tray in the freezer. When frozen, put in a bag or box and keep it in the freezer. When you need some ginger, take out a few slices leave for a few seconds and chop. Very easy to get very small slices this way.
I presume you don't want it simply roasted in the oven with a pesto crust.
