Hi, I thought I might share a recipe. It's a bit fiddly but it's a morning meditation for my late supper around 7pm.
I like this on it's own, or on a couple of oat cakes.

1 Hard Boiled Egg, through the egg slicer twice
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
10g finely diced yellow pepper
10g finely diced red pepper
10g finely diced green pepper
10g finely diced cucumber
10g finely diced red onion
10g finely diced celery
1/4 teaspoon paprika sprinkled on top of the mix​
