All fruit juices are very high in sugar. The only exception to this is 'light' cranberry juice, which is sweetened with artificial sweeteners.

Exactly - no actual fruit juice itself is carb free.

But you can get fruit FLAVOURED things - we're very fond of Tesco's flavoured water - we like the sparkling but they also do still in some flavours.

or you can dilute them the way you'd do with squash, fizzy water and fruit juice is quite nice although these days I keep it as a treat because of the sugar content.

Some of the Robinsons no added sugar range taste quite nice if you are OK with the artificial sweetners

Noticed Aldi were selling a light fruit juice in the small cartons, as well as the normal fruit juices., think it was blackcurrant flavour,

Ribena light is quite nice too - but it's a bit pricey.

I like to make peach lemonade; no added sugar peach squash diluted with diet lemonade. Tasty and refreshing. 🙂

I also sometimes do blackcurrant lemonade. which is similar; I find that works best for me if I use about half as much blackcurrant squash as I would if making it with water.

Welcome to the forum, RodneyG.

As others have explained, all fruit juices contain at least some sugar. Diluting with water can help, especially if you do this gradually to wean yourself away from sweet drinks. Or add lemon juice to water for flavour with very little sugar. Or there are plenty of no added sugar fruit squashes to be diluted with water.
