Hi I have just tried these snacks. They are 90 calories a bag, 0.7g sugar but when I check the back of the packet it says carbohydrate per 100g is 74g!! of which sugars is 2.9g. I'm guessing these are not good for a diabetic to eat :confused::confused:

I think they weigh 30g- tasty though

A pack Ryvita Minis never feels like quite enough for me. For only 20 or so extra calories, two Dark Rye big ones (each spread with a Laughing Cow Light) and I feel like I've eaten something! Lower carbs too, roughly 16g.

Hi guys thanks for all your replies, I think the bags weigh 24g and i think I would also prefer to eat two of the large ryvitas. As you can probably guess I am still confused about carb content etc. I will get there in the end hopefully :D
