Has anyone tasted the Ryvita Fruit Crispbread.. I had one yesterday which was gorgeous but wondered if these are a no-no... I didn't have anything on it because they are sweet enough...

Each crispbread is 54calories; 2.9g sugars; 0.8g fat; 0.1 saturates; Trace - salt.

Also, I'm going to relook at my testing - is it worth testing immediately before and then 1 hour later just to see the difference?? Amanda 🙂
 
they are gorgeous.... so I will be interested in this thread 🙂
 
I haven't seen them, but they do sound interesting. I'll have a look next time I'm in Tesco's.
