Rybelsus side effects

Hi,
I was diagnosed type 2 about 2 1/2 years ago. Put on metformin which I tollarated for 1 1/2 years. Was then on insulin. Since 29th April this year, doctor put me on rybelus 3mg. I was fine until yesterday when I had terrible tummy pains and the runs, and little vomitting. How long will this last going forward. Just feel so weak. On the positive side, I’ve lost 5lb. Thanks in advance.

Rybelsus is a fairly new medication, so forum members only have limited experience of it. Added to which, recent supply issues and shortages have meant that many of the recent comments and threads about it have been more connected with actually trying to get hold of some!

The leaflet in the box should give some advice about commin side effects.
