Anyone know if runsweet.com is still active? Although the articles are useful, they seem to be old and the forum doesn't work (on my PC anyway) and it says the date is Mon 8th Aug 2016.

Maybe they could not maintain the forum, but have left the articles as a resource.

You can try excarbs (which is www.excarbs.com I think) as an alternative?

I don't think the site is actively managed although there is an article about the Animas weekend in October 2017. The forum obviously isn't used anymore. I refer people on this forum for the articles which are good and I still use it for them but I wonder if they're ever reviewed?

Thanks - thought I was going mad

The articles are very useful though they do use a but of jargon I'm not used to and I think I may need to make more adjustments than most because of the TP and delayed digestion (first run ended with a BG of 1.4 despite eating almost half a bag of jelly babies while I ran). I'll have a read of the excarbs site.

I've spoken to my consultant and DSN who have given me some advice and are referring me to one of their colleagues who has a special interest in adjusting for exercise.
