This morning it took me forever to extact enough blood to test - after triming the roses i can give enough blood to last for months!!

vicious things!!!!
 
Well, that's one way of killing two birds with one stone. Sounds bloomin' painful though!

Roses are vicious little wotsits.

That and dangling blackberry briars. I moved to the left a few days ago to avoid a dog shaking a load of water off itself and caught my ear on a briar! It was quite an operation to remove it (the briar rather than my ear) and keep my legs dry at the same time!

Gardening gloves Andy. They're life savers. :D

I'm always stabbing myself with the embroidery needles too Caroline, I've started using a thimble, but it's so clumsy.
