Good Evening,

I got the results of of DRSS (retinopathy)
R0 AND M0 both eyes 6/5. Doctor told me that is better than the 20/20 of 6/6.
HBA1C results 43, liver very good. I was quite surprised with the reading considering all the food I had via G4S and I wasn't too well behaved thereafter.
Neverthless, the doctor has decided to reduce my metformin to one tablet per day...YAYYYY 🙂 just to think I started off with 4 a day back in 2011, now down to just one.....

Just thought I would share....until the next rant

Fantastic news Rustee! You have done brilliantly well!🙂 Katie

That's brilliant, congrats x

Great news - well done 🙂

Thanks Guys for your support - A nother positive for me is that when I am out and feel hungry. In the past I would go for pasties and stuff like croissants and the like and fizzy drinks. Now I tend to go for a healthy sandwich and water, I do like sparkling water. Getting more into my cooking also. I look forward to seeing some of you this weekend at the meet. 🙂 🙂
