Haven't moved for a while, but it's certainly quite stressful until the moment you get your new key in your new door....hope it all goes smoothly.🙂

Thanks Lisa, I really need as much support as I can get in that area of my life! 😱 So much to think about, I just want it to be all done and finished with! 🙂
 
I think you have to concentrate on the fact that, despite any ups and downs, stops and starts of the process (nearly all caused by slow moving solicitors that need to be constantly chased, we've just been through this with my mum), that you will end up in your lovely new home, closer to your family and it will be the start to a new and exciting chapter in your life! 🙂
 
We'll see how well that theory holds up as I'm moving back up North! 😱 🙂
When you say up north, I always think of up north to Scotland lol

I moved after 31 years in what had been my children’s family home. Took the memories, left the rubbish, but oh what a weird feeling to look back at the empty house. Don’t regret it, but chose wisely northie, and good luck
