Just had a call from the nurse with my results from my latest tests:

HbA1c - 34 mmol/mol (5.3%)
Kidney function - normal
Liver function - normal
Cholesterol - 4.7

Can't complain about that lot! 🙂

Thanks @pav 🙂 Your numbers appear to be improving though, so hopefully you will be rewarded with a better number next time around 🙂

I was expecting a worse number this time around as I haven't been doing much running (rarely do in the winter months) and have been totally stressed out over moving house. I'm a dreadful procrastinator and now I'm having to make important decisions almost every day 😱
