Got my results this morning my bloods now at 52. Last time I got my bloods done I was 68.

Feeling happy with myself.

That's a good drop in your levels 🙂. Yes it is your HbA1c level.
 
52 is within spitting distance of normal. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. A small increase in exercise and/or losing abit of weight or cutting down a little on some carbs or other and you'll probably be in the 40s very soon. If you do that, you'll get a big lift in enthusiasm. Just, avoid giving in to temptation.
 
I didn't know 52 is nearly normal, thanks for your posts. Another long walk tomorrow.
