Following my post "Thanks to All" I thought I would let you know the result of my first annual medical.

BP 82/130
Cholesterol 4.4 ( was 5.7 on diagnosis in Jan)
Weight 92kg ( 112kg in Jan)
Blood Result at 42 ( was 96 in Jan) I think this is the bottom number on pre-diabetes and at 41 I would technically be "normal!"

So I am feeling pretty good today, next week reducing Metformin to one 500mg with dinner at night.

Just another 8kg to lose.

AGAIN, I owe so much to those on here who took the time to advise and stem the panic and worry. Its a lifelong journey but one I am much more confident on!🙂
