Well I’ve read the book, read the BMJ report, the Lancet summary and watched his videos but still cannot find any evidence that Prof’ Taylor is in any way not interested in low carb or supports any other regime. He reports that after 2 years of whatever eating regime is followed the results are broadly the same. His research shows that any concerted approach to healthy dieting can lead to sufficient weight loss to gain the benefits.The figures were from his original project as reported in the Lancet article. Vegetarian meals can't be low carb, they are high carb by definition. If it's not protein or fat it has to be carbohydrate.
