Hello
I’m not new but someone who hasn’t used the forum for ages!
I am getting a replacement pump as mine has cracked casing. It’s arriving tomorrow but I have to give my pump straight back to the DPD person, the set up my new pump, including CIQ. Bit anxious although I do know my way around it day to day. My biggest concern is the CIQ as I seem to remember having to connect to a computer? Any thought/tips would be most welcome!

Hi @sandym you probably mean the Glooko Uploader App. I use this to update data from my tslim to the diabetic team at RMI via my laptop. The data transferred includes pump settings as well as the day to day diabetes metrics (blood glucose, basal, bolus...). You can pick up your current Personal Profile from here for input into the new pump. Just make sure you upload before handing the old pump over to DPD. It would make life a little easier if you could download the data to the new pump, unfortunately not an option....
Good luck with the change over - take your time and if possible have someone double check your input.

Thank you so much for your helpful reply. I shall upload to Glooko tonight as I’m not sure what time the DPD are coming. Fingers crossed it’ll go smoothly.
Many many thanks
