Anyone know what will remove the marks from the freestyle Libre? I’ve just changed mine and it’s left a bit dirty circle on my arm, I’ve tried a long hot shower and soap the marks just isn’t coming off though, it’s pretty unsightly

I find they rub off reasonably easily. And if they don't, they will in a day or two. I think people have suggested things like baby oil, so you could try something like that.

Nail polish remover? It's a solvent so might work, and shouldn't harm your skin.

I normally get them off just with soap in the shower, takes abit of rubbing at it to get rid of it though. Also have used a baby wipe on the odd occasion, not any easier though.

I use zoff adhesive remover wipes to loosen sensors and remove residue. Some chemists will order but cheaper to get online. Sensors stick on me really well probably as got really dry skin.
I’ve also tried surgical spirit and baby oil but less effective and they take longer to work but cheaper and smell nicer!

Baby oil on a cotton wool pad removes it very easily and isn't harsh smelling like nail varnish remover, it also leaves the area nicely moisturised which after 2 weeks it needs to be honest lol xx

I use nail varnish remover, but only bother if I am in summer plumage with arms visible.

I remember early on when Teresa May was showing hers in public, and she clearly had not removed the marks from the previous one.

Yeah and the Photos were shown around the world.

I have always just used soap and elbow grease in the shower and extra vigorous drying of that area while the skin is still slightly damp.

Hope you find a product or method that works for you 🙂

I remember that too.:D

A good rub with soap and water while in the shower or a touch of surgical spirit on some cotton wool does the trick for me .

Old fashioned remedy for removing 'plaster' marks is Vaseline, little smear of it on, now rub, adhesive residue just sort of crumbles away. Think possibly little girls mamas were more likely to teach them how, than mothers of boys! Good grief - you wouldn't want to see YOUR daughter on the podium in Church with the rest of the Sunday School celebrating the Anniversary to be seen sporting a ruddy great black ring on her arm/leg - the SHAME!!
