Hi everyone. I've completed the first week of this. It consisted of two sessions and I have to say I really enjoyed them. Kinda made me think about my diabetes in a different way. It may be a bit early to say this but I seem to be using quite a few of the techniques in my daily management of my diabetes...hopefully this will continue and make a lasting impact. I'm looking forward to doing the second week. I'd definitely recommend it, the sessions don't last too long and its great to be getting something so useful for free.....

Hello again everyone,

I just wanted to update you on an exciting new element to our programme.
As an extra thank you to all of our participants, we have decided to include a ?100 raffle prize on top of access to our free online programme! All participants who have signed-up to and complete the study will be entered into a raffle to win a ?100 voucher for an online store of their choice!

If assigned to the intervention group and achieves completion of all 4 sessions, and both questionnaires which follow (as indicated in registration email) participant will be included in the draw. If assigned to the wait-list group and achieves completion of both questionnaires which follow sign-up (as indicated in registration email) participant will be included in the draw.

Participant must have completed the programme in full as described above. The online store of your choice must sell vouchers which can be purchased from the website. A Eurozone winner will receive a voucher to the value of ?100, a UK winner will receive a voucher to the value of ?100GBP, a USA winner will receive a voucher to the value of $100USD etc.
