Have you stopped beating your wife?

Well, some of the questions didn't seem to have a correct answer but the system seemed to want you to fill them in.

Perhaps a N/A button might help on some?

For example, how many days did you test your blood as recommended by your health professional (or words to that effect).

Given that I have no recommendation from my current team - they provide the materials and let me get on with it - it was either 0 or 7 depending on how you look at it.

Also, how many days do you take your diabetes medication?
Not on medication, so do I say 0 and imply I am skipping medication, or 7 because I always take the medication prescribed (i.e. nothing)?

Possibly the system used was not flexible enough?
Some questionairres allow you to skip sections which are not applicable.

Hope the results are helpful, though.

Also agree with @LittleGreyCat. One question asked about the pills I took - I only use insulin and don't take pills. I answered 0, by the way.

LGC, you pointed out some weaknesses of the questionnaire, however, if your current team did not make any recommendations you can chose the other option later on (questions under the recommendations section) and give a brief explanation, so I can see you’re not skipping anything. It is the same case with the medication. It sounds a bit difficult but if you gave some explanations, it wouldn’t affect your results. Unfortunately none of the questionnaires are perfect; you can always find something that no one has thought about. But thank you for your comments. It helps me how to evaluate the results. Additionally, these are the original questionnaires, I wasn’t allowed to change anything not even the instructions (I tried). 
 
Ollie, there is a question about your medication, I will see what you were recommended (pills or insulin) so don’t worry.


I promise I will share the results but I still need more people to fill them out and time to evaluate the answers. So please be patient. Anyway, thanks for all of your contributions to the research, I’m really excited about the results.

Hi there,

Just read the Google small print about the online Questionnaire. I'm a bit worried about these sections. Do these terms ( below) mean that Google will sell on any information I submit if I do the online Questionnaire ....

According to the text you copied, Google has the right for these acts so does Facebook and all sites to which you upload information about you. However,the questionnaire is anonym and doesn't contain any personal data from which participants can be identified (just me, but I acknowledged it). I understand your worries and if you still feel worried I suggest you not to fill in the questionnaire. Anyway, thank you for the time you spent on the project.
 
Hi Guys,

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who helped me with my dissertation. You are the best team I've ever met and I'm not saying this because you helped me, but the way you support each other. It is amazing. Wish you all the best.

P.s :the data analysis has still in process.
