Question Lucy - would it be better for the tum and comfort during part 2 of the swim to drink something smaller that's more carborific? - eg 100ml neat O/apple/grape juice?

I can try it neat tomorrow, I went for watered down (200ml orange juice with 150ml water) because I don’t like the taste of orange juice and it makes it more bearable. I’m a savoury not sweet person.

I’ll buy apple juice next time and see if that is any better, but I have 4 more swims of current bottle of OJ (assuming it lasts 5 days once opened and 200ml per swim) to finish first. Swims booked for the next 3 days though
