I get on very well with the a book called Fat + Carb + Protein Counter by the Australian Women's Weekly. ISBN 1-903-77704-6.
It is easy to read and use and i highly recommend it.
Australian Women's Weekly are great - I've got lots of recipe books by them!🙂

There is nothing wrong with spending time in the kitchen, even cooking the food isn't sooo bad 😉
Recipe books are great, especially a lot of the older ones, I do like traditional cooking - American cookery books make me smile - one I have, I think on soups starts by telling you the main ingredient for oxtail soup is a can of tomato soup!
Plus they spend their lives without scales, simply adding everything by cups...
Must look out some of these books.
