After my incident with a lamb tikka vindaloo at the weekend do you reckon I should be safe going for my blood test tomorrow or maybe leave it one more day just so give things time to repair a bit more? I wish I had a monitor as I would know straight away whether I had returned to normal but unfortunately the Dr stopped prescribing needles / strips!

Bob I dont think 1 day will make much diffirence I would just go for it tomorrow if it were me x

I'm with Steff on this Bob. One day wont make any difference at all and the weekends incident wont affect the results either. It's an average of how your control has been over recent weeks so you should be fine. XXXXX

I'd go for it as soon as I could and get the thing out of the way.

What weekend Bob - weekends are for putting behind you:D

Go get the test - I don't think one day will make any difference and I know your result will be much improved with all the hardwork you have put in🙂

Go on, do the test 🙂

If it is a little higher then you can always see it as an opportunity to have a lower result for next time. One naughty meal is unlikely to really badly effect the result in any case.
