At risk of diabetes
Hi - diagnosed as pe-diabetic, I wondered if anyone could recommend a good recipe book? There seems to be loads of low carb ones. I don’t like complicated. I’m strUggling with what I should or shouldn’t eat and thought it might be the best way forward for me. Any help would be appreciated.

How good a cook are you? Confidence in the kitchen makes life easier.

There are lots of recipes online don’t forget. Just search for “low carb” and the name of the dishes you want to cook.

I'm currently working my way through Tom Kerridge's "Dopamine Diet"
