@Sharron1 - sorry - that sounds really sharp now. Just try and have your glass half full instead of half empty, and that is what I usually try and do anyway, just didn't succeed earlier.






@YMFB - I've only heard of it in Scotland before, too. Never seen a suggestion that anywhere else adopted it, before @grovesy mentioned the same a short while ago.
 
Why on earth do people joining forums from those areas never mention it then? The internet must stretch down those ways else they wouldn't be able to use the program 🙂

I think it is a fairly recent introduction and may not have been fully rolled out.
 
The NHS website for my diabetes, my way currently states.

This app has been updated and is currently under reassessment.
