Great news, goosey, you’ll be off the diabetic register if you’re not careful:D

Total cholesterol is a tad high, but I’m sure that will come down as you keep up your superb effort with the weight loss.🙂

Excellent news 🙂
Thanks :D

Excellent result goosey you have worked hard to get such results as I know all too well myself. I was diagnosed last Feb with a HbA1c of 104, tested again last May down to 47 and again last week at 37 very pleased with my result, GP was over the moon. I was determined from day of diagnosis to tackle the diabetes head on with Diet, exercise and 2- 500mg of Metformin twice a day. Achieved a weight loss of 3 stone 3lb. I am now on 1- 500mg Metformin twice a day and have been told by GP that if I can maintain or better the HbA1c of 37 I can come off the Metformin, so that's given me the boost I needed to maintain or better current lifestyle.
