It also depends what you have with them. Some are designed to be a complete meal in one, but for example, the chilli con carne is only just over 300 calories, and 21 carbs per portion, but doesn’t contain any rice, which some people might want to add to make it a complete meal. In which case you’d be having a lot more carb.
