Chicken don't like prawns I'm afraid, although recently been using low fat matte sons pork sausage it's nice

I will try that. The noodles i get from morrison are only 35g & fills me nice. I know whats for tea tomo ! 🙂

We often do it with pork loin chops, you know the sort you buy on the 3 for ?10 shelf at Tesco's, which aren't all that thick, usually 5 in a pack, freeze 3 and the other two just cut the fat off and cut the meat into strips too (usually with scissors) and stir fry that, take out then do the veg, then lob the meat back and add the soy.

I got the ?6.00 stir fry meal from m&s today i could of had pork or chicken but went for the beef instead as steve has to now eat a lot of red meat, going to have that tomorrow night🙂
