Raspberries?

Was going to give some raspberries and yoghurt a go tomorrow, now question is really silly but if I froze them in portions, would the carb content change when I'd thawed them out? I only ask as the nutrition information for frozen raspberries on Tesco website is completely different to their fresh, please be gentle with me lol TIA 🙂 xx

I'm assuming you are using these pages, first for fresh, second for frozen?

Actually, the only odd thing I can see is that while the CHO content in each type are about the same. apparently all the CHO in fresh raspberries are sugars, while in frozen raspberries, apparently, there are some no sugar CHO content.
However, the differences are so small, and the overall content in a 80g portion well under 10g, that I wouldn't worry about the differences.
Just enjoy your raspberries, whether eaten fresh or bought frozen or bought fresh then frozen - CHO content really is too small to worry about.

That will be down to the water content I expect. Freezing soft fruit breaks down the cell walls so they lose moisture.
 
I really enjoy a few berries in my morning cereal, also when out walking grabbing a few blackberries. The carbs are so low I can just savour every mouthful and do nothing about them. Blissssss.

When I arrived n Shanghai beginning of Oct K, I bought I lot of imported blueberries, reduced price deal, to good to miss. I froze them all and take 1 box out of the freezer and defrost them in the fridge when I need them. Not sure of the carb content but they have made very little difference to my readings. I know they are not raspberries but I feel the same rules would apply between fresh and frozen.🙂
