Hi all,
I'm not sure if I'm posting on the correct place. Please tell me if I'm wrong.
I'm currently taking 32 units of lantus at bed time and 1 metformin in the morning to aid insulin resistance.
I have been finding that my humulog is taking far to long to work.
I usually inject about 30 mins before I eat, my blood sugars rise from eating and do not start dropping until a few hours after eating. Is this right?
I have recently started using a new needle every time I inject and have always rotated my injection sites.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Nick
