Hi Di, I can't do cereal in the morning and when I am being healthy I have burgen toast with grilled tomatoes and mushrooms.

If you want to stick to cereal, why not try making a muesili? I used to do this, you can add what ever you like, make up the base and keep in a container for the week: oats, nuts, seeds and a little dried fruit and then add some berries (blueberries are good) and milk when you are ready to eat it. Cheaper than buying at the supermarket I think

Yeah we have discussed this before, it is very nice, I've had it in the past, very expensive !

I know I'm no a two but I find cereals a pain in Le bum also, wheetabix is lovely but I haven't had it for years, what I am on is shredded wheat Ilike it and the fixed amount.. Wheetabix was too much of spike for me. Good luck.

Hi, have you tried on your list oatiflakes? These do well with little one, and just found "honey puffed oats" but bit expensive must say, trialing them in the morning, like to give Mills some variety! 🙂

I find lidls no added sugar luxury museli is not too spoken for me, and not too expensive.

I tend to stick to toast granary & porridge the coarser the better, this will keep my 2 hour level OK. If I am going out I have to watch it about 11.30-12.00, as I can hypo. Cereal is out for me unless I am going to be very busy, a cooked breakfast is a rare treat as I have to be careful with protein. (kidney). Had one today😉

I'm still trying lots of breakfasts too. I find porridge spikes me unless I cook it with mainly water with only a drop of milk. At the moment I'm enjoying blueberries in natural yoghurt as I seem fine with that. Think I'll try museli next 🙂
