Yes it was, I was very surprised. I had to renew my Photo License last year as it expired and I think it took a week or two to arrive.

I was surprised that my over 70 licence came in a couple of days when I had to do it 2 years ago.

Was also surprised at the speed but it was valid to use straightaway.

I was told last night that mine had been issued. She said that it had "appeared on the system and was actioned pretty quickly" so hopefully it should come in the next few days.
