Hi Everyone,

I'm doing a research project at University to do with food packaging for diabetics (more info can be found on this post: http://www.diabetessupport.co.uk/boards/showthread.php?t=21656)

And was wondering about buying habbits.

When you buy something to eat do you look for the carbs on the pack?

Do you have a rough idea about how many they have without looking on the pack ?(if so how have you gained this witchcraft?)

Who influences your food choices? (doctor, partner etc.)

Thanks in advance 🙄

I always have to check the labels. no matter how many times ive bought it before because they could change the pack size or the recipe and I wouldnt notice....

I influence my own food choices, I do the shopping and the cooking so what I say, goes, usually.

I can look at something in a shop that I know i shouldnt have.. calculate the novorapid in my head and wonder if its worth it 🙂

Sorry Nathan, but this is turning into an ad-hoc questionnaire for your project. You need to request permission with evidence of ehtics committee approval if you want to conduct your research in this manner.
