Yeah, I have this. It really is the definative pumping bible.

However, it does make me want to scream though sometimes- you have to be in the right frame of mind!
 
I reccomended it to my sugery DSN, she doesn't have any involvement in pumping because this is dealt with at clinic, which is sad because she very good and knowledgable, and always very interested with what I've been up to with mine..

Like any good bible written theory always seem to be slightly different to reality🙄

At first it seems that it's a coffee table book, as it seems to be there the most for easy referance, then it does managed to hit the book shelve for long stays...
