And sticking to the plan



I made a promise to me

Have I listened to myself

To be the person I can be

To embrace diabetic health



Words come out so easy

But it's easy to ignore

The promise that I made myself

Of that you can be sure



Time to back the pledges

You deserve a healthy you

Keep the promises you're making

Be proud in all you do
