I am really surprised at how some of their customer service hotline staff are treating this self-created shambles so casually (bordering on rude). My experience of US-originating companies is that their customer service and "empathy-with-the-customer" is usually second to none. Although it is obvious they have outsourced customer services outside the US or UYes yoK.
