Am looking for information re alpha lipoic acid and B12 for foot problems. I read some info from a member a few months ago which was really informative and useful but now cant find it again. Any help please?

Welcome.
Are sure it was this site if you can't find, there is another Diabetes website that has red banners, and has a similar name to this one.

If you type alpha lipoic acid into the search box at the top right of this page there are some references to it. I have tried it but I didn't find it beneficial but that's just my experience. I have read some reports of people finding a degree of relief from neuropathic pain with it.

There's been a fair bit of talk of B12 deficiency on www.diabetes-support.org.uk Forum - as Patti, the Admin there, is deficient and so are others. Not specifically feet though I don't think.

Thank you, you may be correct! Will await another email from that site. Red banners rings a bell!
