Is there anything I can do to nurture my pancreas? Exercise, supplements, avoid certain foods?
 
Hi. You've had a lot of good advice so far. I use Dextrose tablets for hypos. Low-cost, small packing, different flavours available, dissolve easily; to me there is nothing better. Yes, beware newer Lucozade. The main thing with Gliclazide is to not have a dose higher than you need for the carbs you eat. Do test with a glucose meter when in doubt.
