Hi There, not posted on here for a while. I’m a Pre diabetic and was doing really well with portion sizes, and really cutting down on crisps, chocolate etc .
I feel like now my portion sizes are creeping up and I feel disheartened and that I’ve let myself down, I’m eating healthy and checking the carbs, any advice on getting back on track would be really helpful.
