you may remember my portion size post from a week or 2 ago.

Since then - I have cut my rice portion size down to the "recommended" 3 tablespoons (well - maybe 4...), and cut down on the casserole-y type stuff (usually about half the usual portion), and added extra vegetables (cucumber, cabbage, runner beans).

I really surprised myself today - I made the moroccan chicken recipe on the spice jar I bought - the recipe was for 2, so I'd usually have made the whole lot for me - I used a large chicken breast in it, and as I was cooking I thought "hmm - there's enough for 2 lots here" - so I saved half for another meal!

Tasted yummy, filled me up, and the readings: before - 5.2 1hr - 7.3 2hr - 5.9

Caff brill results well done, i also did a pizza test last night and i came out on top was well pleased x
