Tried the Pork stew with smoked cheese crust from the Tom Kerridge Dopamine diet book. Was delicious. Works out to be 14-21g of carbs a portion.

Cor, that looks and sounds delish @Stitch147. I'd deffo have to smash the scratchings to smithereens though as last time I treated self to a pack it ended up costing me a fortune at the dentist!

I blitzed them up so they were quite fine but still with a bit of crunch, just in case!

Pork scratching's of my list too after a very expensive trip to the Dentist too!

I used to chip my teeth all the time with pork scratchings and other foods/seeds etc. Since I changed my diet to low carb, I eat lots more pork scratchings and seeds... at least weekly and a variety of brands and types and not chipped a tooth since.
I know it seems weird to say this but in general I feel like my bone density is significantly improved and stronger but I feel it most in my teeth which used to feel uncomfortable or sore if I chomped on something hard but now I relish really crunchy foods with no discomfort or damage, despite being regularly challenged.

Skip on pork scratching's as foul so would need alternative topping, apart from that sounds nice Stitch mate.
