hi all as I'm new to diabetes I was wondering what people think about popcorn,I have a popcorn machine so only using popping corn just wondered wether it's good or bad lol 🙂

Popcorn is fine do be aware of the carbs though and mind what you coat the corn with 🙂
I love popcorn :D

Taste-wise, there are few snacks finer than fresh lightly-salted popcorn, perhaps with a light touch of cayenne pepper.

However, never buy popcorn in sealed bags; the reason toffee popcorn is so popular is that the toffee helps disguise the fact that the corn has long since gone stale. As for sugar popcorn of any type (even fresh), it's the opposite of Pepsi Max — maximum sugar, no taste. 🙄

Thank you for replies I hoped it was ok lol I sprinkled a little canderal on it yum :D
