Check the back of the packet
I can't check the back as it's so small print and even with my glasses I can't read it

It’s usually 40-50% carbs but as popcorn is light then it’s not horrendous. Do you know what the bag weighs?

The proper corn or tesco equivalent (standard crisp packet size) sweet and salted are about 7-8g carbs per bag. So low carb. It depends on how much you eat. Again the pop in the microwave bags are more, 2 severing of 30g-ish so around 15g carbs. All about the portion size.

Look the packet up on the Tesco website or take a photo of the packet with your phone and zoom in or get a magnifier app or magnifying glass

While doing my online Tesco shopping at 2am I keyed in popcorn and got loads one 6 small packets in a bag plain salted at about 10 carbs I have ordered and am having one and one bag only while I watch my films (gone with the wind and raymond briggs father christmas). Yummy yummy

Will depend on the type of popcorn and the amount you eat.
The Carbs and Cals book states:
Salted popcorn - 20g portion = 12g carbs
Sweet popcorn - 22g portion = 13g carbs
I think from what I've read its one of the "healthier" of those type if snacks, but as ever it will affect different peeps in different ways.
Cheers
