take care alan hope you improve soon

Hope you're now beginning to feel better

How are you feeling this morning Alan? Little better I hope 🙂

Thank you, still feeling a bit queasy this morning. Think it might be a bug actually as I've been sneezing a bit and had a fuzzy head for the past couple of days. So frustrating as I need to get some good runs in before the Great South Run on the 30th! (And not those kinds of runs! 😱)

It does sound as if something nasty has got its claws into you, Alan. Have good rest over the weekend (watch the Welsh win at Rugby in NZ ?) and I hope you are feeling better very soon. Hugs etc.....😉

oh no :(

where's Gail to cheer you up today?! sounds like you need some more pictures!

hope you're slowly but surely fighting whatever it is that's got it's claws into you.

Thanks - I'm a real wimp when it comes to illness as I very rarely get ill. I know people have far worse to live with day in day out so I'm trying to be brave 😉

Sorry to hear you are feeling so rough Alan. How about trying some Actimel or similar, 'friendly bacteria?' I work with little children and tummy bugs are always about. I swear by them. I am sure I have avoided some real 'nasties' in the past by downing a couple of them! My GP always used to recommend natural bio yoghurt when the children had dicky tummies.

Thank you Tina. Actually I have been having some Onken biopot yoghurts so perhaps they are helping! 🙂

Still feeling rubbish :( To add to my woes my levels went up to an unprecedented 14.3 four hours after eating my tea last night - had to do a correction! Plus my arm is hurting from my flu jab...moan...whinge...bleat...😉

Well it was a man flue jab, far worse for us.:D

There are loads of peeps, most of my family and friends,( well my two friends) down with bad headaches and upset tums, so your not alone. Hope your better soon.

Oh Alan you poor thing - I hope you feel better soon - keep sipping the water.🙂

Oh you poor thing it's beginning to sound like you've got man flu.............although I shouldn't tease as I'm feeling very sorry for myself as I keep taking cold medications. I get aMANda flu
