... are yummy-scrummy.

That is all.

Haven't had one of those for ages! In fact, I can't remember the last time I saw them in the shops. We used to eat them with a pin when we were kids! 😱 How do you eat them? Love the flavour 🙂

Here at the moment they're imported from the US - which might actually make sense given all the fire-related road closures screwing up supply chains.

Dig out the seeds & squeeze a lemon over them. Mix with fresh raspberries walnuts avocado. Mmm mmm!

We have plenty down here they come from Israel, I cut them in half dig the seeds out of one half cover in lime and snack on it. The other have gets slowly eaten later using a humble pin to dig out the seeds individually.🙂

  1. Pomegranate has become quite ‘chefy’ and trendy in modern cuisine.

I like the flavour, but the crunchy texture of the seeds really starts to bug me after a while. Too much like finding unwanted pips in a grape when I was younger.

I love pomegranates. I also love grenadine syrup in a Tequila Sunrise, one of the few drinks that you have to bolus for:D

Exactly. They look beautiful, and they seem to be in most dishes served by our local Turkish restaurants, but the pips do get stuck in my teeth... :(

Wimps! 🙂

Pomegranate arils + peanuts + torn up snowpeas + lemon juice = a perfect 60 second summer snack.

If you don't mind a big dose of natural sugars ...
