I received a post to say 1000mg Vitamin C had helped another member. I am now taking it in the form of tablets dropped into a glass of water. My feet are much better and I have actually walked on the flat without my stick.
balance isn't perfect so still carry my stick but the discomfort is much reduced. Thankyou.

It’s not something I immediately think of, but having had a quick look, there have been research papers (including RCTs), that have shown a positive impact on reducing neuropathic pain when supplementing Vitamin C levels.
