As a result they will drop you off their list if they think your feet don't need their expertise. I don't think they will routinely clip toenails either.
When I saw one last month I was told I was low/green risk, so would be discharged. I was also told they don't provide routine cutting of toenails.

Only when I became high risk they cut my toe nails as I already did them, though taking off the big toe nails was a big relief as always drew blood when doing them. :(

My big problem was with the hard and dry skin, which they always removed, and tried various creams to ease the problem. After several creams I now use Balneum urea cream which I get on prescription, found its the best for me. Still get hard skin but the dry skin has gone while I use it and makes the removal of any hard skin a lot simpler.
 
Yes, Urea cream is the best - but if you have to pay for it and don't get it on scrip - it ain't exactly cheap !

Just looked at the price ouch, glad I get it on prescription.
