Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1.5 LADA
Had an un bolused for chunk of cheese and a medium sized apple .
Will do a 3 hr test , I’m happy with the 2 hour result .

Looks like the fat in the cheese has slowed things down.
Will do another test i

Neither cheese nor apples affect my BG to any degree either. Just as well, I love both (but not together). 🙂

I do have some strange taste lol forgot to add I also had a Coke Zero.

4 hrs A successful experiment I’d say
