I have not been testing as much as I did at first , mainly because of the scarcity of the strips but I have taken a few tests lately and they are all a bit lower than I expect. Last night was 4.4, this morning 4.6 . At last I am getting a few more in the 4 bracket and it pleases me 🙂
Maybe , at last, I am getting something right ?
Off to swim now 🙂

Hi Ann,

You're obvioiusly getting something very right. What I've learned from this condition, is that my bg levels go naturally high at certain times of the month and revert back to normal levels within a few days. I am going through the menopause and my hormones are all over the place as well. Learning to live with it and trying not to stress about higher than normal levels is the key, stress doesn't help us at all.

Enjoy your swim and just think how much healthier you've become.

Donna 🙂🙂🙂

Excellent work Ann. 🙂

Keep up with the swimming. And doing whatever else you're doing. It clearly works well ! :D
