Welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure if you are aware, but Freestyle Libre became a 'prescribable item' in November last year, subject to local healthcare economy approval. So, depending on where you live, and what your CCG has decided, you can get Libre on prescription in the UK (usually as long as you fit certain criteria).

Additionally, while I applaud your enthusiasm for the technology, it's worth bearing in mind that INPUT, the diabetes charity which aims to improve access to diabetes technology specifically advise against petitions.
