Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your insulin doses @Sarahmort

Hope you get your Levemir reinstated soon. And I agree, Lev is best taken in 2 doses because it doesn’t generally last the full 24 hours.

That rapid rise is a strange one for sure. Does it happen if you don’t have an evening meal? Might be worth fasting between lunch and breakfast a few days, but taking the Tresiba (or Lev) as normal, just no mealtime insulin.
