Hi Steff

Surely spreading out your treats through the week would mean less overall effect on your blood sugars?

For me, spreading would lead to a "treat" everyday so, like Steff, tend to a one day a week "treat-time" - usually followed by some extra exercise to compensate for the impact on the blood glucose
 
oohh runner it is not easy im very weak willed and when i live with 2 other complete and utter junk addicts it's even harder but hey it's got to be done

I was feeling particularly lazy last night, so had sausage sandwiches with lashings of brown sauce, raspberry ripple ice cream, 5 pieces of Galaxy and 3 cans of Stella for my tea!😱:D

northerner you rebel!!!!!!! hahahahahahaha i had for my tea a sausage dinner with loads of peas onions and gravy. it had 5 saqusages on it and a tonn of chips (i know the fella who owns the chippy) for pud it was some birthday cake all washed down with a bottle of rose wine and 4 bottles of stella hehehehehehe bloods are fine today and were fab at super time to
